When submitting an enquiry all your information will be stored in our client management software - Tave - this software is compliant with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
Another major requirement for GDPR compliance is the right to be forgotten. This entitles you the client to request the erasure of your personal data. See Article 17 of GDPR for more information. Tave (our client management system) enables Rabbit and the Fox to do this easily.
